What we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we receive the information you provide: your name, phone number, optional email address, the town you're in, the type of issue, the urgency level, and whatever you tell us in the message field. We don't ask for anything else.
How we use it
We use what you tell us to call you back, schedule a visit, and do the work you've asked about. That's the whole purpose of the form.
Who sees it
Just the Hoff family and anyone working directly on your job. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Fonts to load its typefaces, which sets a request to Google's servers. Beyond that, the site does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions and related correspondence are kept as long as we need them to do the job and for reasonable record-keeping after. If you'd like us to delete records related to you, call (609) 397-0427 or send a note through the contact form and we'll take care of it.
Your rights
You can ask what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The fastest way is to call.
